Due to Covid-19 concerns, we are operating our clinic out of a "Curbside Manner" . This means that although we will continue to treat our patients in our clinic, we are closed to the public.
For those clients that are needing to pick up food and medication refills, we ask that you call ahead to place your request. When you pull into our parking lot to pick up your order, our team member will take payment from you over the phone, and will then bring your pet's food or medication to you, all while you wait in your vehicle.
For all appointments, we also ask that you call when you pull into our parking lot, please remain in your vehicle and a team member will come out to you to start the check in process. Our team member will then bring your pet into our clinic for their appointment. The doctor will then contact you in reference to the findings of your pets exam and discuss any concerns and treatment options with you. Once a plan has been agreed upon, the Doctor will then follow through with the treatment plan and we will then return your pet back to you and will take payment over the phone.
While we understand that this is more challenging for all involved, we do believe it is the best way to ensure the health and safety of both our clients and our team members. Our patients will still receive the loving and thorough care that we have always provided, and that our clients expect. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We are hopeful that we will be able to return to a more normal routine soon, but until then, we will do our part to keep everyone safe and healthy.
